The art of flatware manufacturing

At COSTA NOVA we continue to expand our offer with flatware crafted through a meticulous process that combines technical expertise and artisanal sensibility. Each piece goes through a predominantly manual process, using 18/10 stainless steel, a material selected for its durability, resistance to corrosion and a perfectly balanced feel in the hand.

A Fábrica – our Factory
Built on trust

COSTA NOVA flatware is the result of a long-standing collaboration with a leading industry partner whose expertise and values are closely aligned with ours. Built over many years, this trusted, almost familiar relationship functions as a natural extension of our own factory and production process.

This spirit of collaboration also shapes our other creative partnerships, including our work with Carsten Gollnick, the German designer who has been developing stoneware collections with COSTA NOVA for many years. This year, he brings his design vision to flatware, introducing two distinctive collections in our new catalog: Ramo and Sen.

Sustainable from start to finish

Sustainability is central. Production prioritizes the use of recycled materials, operations are guided by energy efficient processes at each stage and waste is reintroduced into new cycles.

Packaging is minimal and recyclable, helping reduce waste, and the full recyclability of stainless steel further supports a circular approach.

A natural extension of COSTA NOVA’s universe

Rooted in COSTA NOVA’s brand essence, our flatware is created to harmonize with every table and every moment. Designed to complement our stoneware, glassware, and linens, each collection also stands on its own, through design and craftmanship.
